RESPONSIBILITIES: Customer Relations & Professional Conduct In all interactions with third parties, and existing or potential customers, promotes the company’s image by demonstrating professionalism, reliability, and strong technical knowledge, upholding the company’s high standards. When required, respond promptly to customer inquiries, ensuring clear communication and maintaining positive, long-term relationships. Sales Cost Estimation Support Receive requests from the Sales Team to prepare offers and quotations based on provided specifications, drawings, or bills of quantities. Analyze the technical and commercial requirements to ensure full understanding of customer needs and project scope. Prepare detailed offers and quotations in line with the company’s pricing structure, cost parameters, and discount policies as set by senior management. Seek management’s review and final approval prior to sharing offers externally with customers. Send approved offers and quotations to the Sales Team or directly to customers as per the internal process. Follow up actively with customers and Sales Teams to confirm receipt, gather feedback, and ensure closure on pending quotations or commercial clarifications. Upon customer approval, ensure that all relevant documents, drawings, and confirmed quotations are properly transferred to the Technical Drafting or Factory Execution Team for implementation. Prepare technical submittals, when necessary, in coordination with the Operations Manager, and monitor progress until customer approval is obtained. Maintain and regularly update the offers master list and quotations tracker to ensure accuracy and traceability of all submissions. Support the evaluation and introduction of new products by assisting in both the technical and commercial review stages. QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree in interior design or similar. EXPERIENCE: At least 5 years of experience in cost estimation handling. COMPETENCIES: Ability to manage tasks and time to meet deadlines Problem solver Excellent communicator Accountable & responsible Technical Skills: Computer literate including knowledge of MS Office. Interior Design tools Languages: Read, speak, and write Arabic and English. French is an asset
