requirements
8–10 years of FMCG sales leadership experience, preferably within food production or distribution. Strong strategic and analytical mindset with a proven ability to grow market share. Demonstrated success in leading and developing high-performing teams. Proficiency in ERP/CRM tools and modern sales reporting systems. • Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field; MBA is a plus.
responsibilities
Develop and execute robust national and regional sales strategies. Lead, coach, and structure a growing sales organization to achieve ambitious targets. Identify new business opportunities and expand into untapped markets. Oversee ERP integration, leveraging data-driven forecasting and performance tracking. Collaborate closely with marketing, supply chain, and production teams to ensure aligned growth initiatives.
