requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 3–5 years of FMCG sales experience within Lebanon. Excellent leadership, coaching, and communication skills. Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office. Valid driving license (required for this field leadership role).
responsibilities
Coach and guide a team of sales reps to consistently achieve monthly sales targets. Monitor sales performance and ensure effective field execution. Conduct regular team meetings and perform field visits to support the sales force. Build and maintain strong customer relationships, promptly resolving any issues. Collaborate closely with marketing, logistics, and finance teams to ensure smooth operations.
