Leadership & Managerial:  Lead and maintain relationships with key industry stakeholders, media agencies, platforms, influencers, vendors and both internal & external partners to ensure brand consistency and deliver an exceptional customer experience  Lead, mentor and coach the marketing team to execute high-impact projects on time and within budget  Delegate responsibilities efficiently to the team and ensure that they have the necessary skills and resources to perform effectively in order to optimize workflow and maximizing productivity Strategy & Budgeting:  Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies that drive sales growth, boost customer engagement, prioritize seasonal initiatives and enhance brand visibility across retail stores and outlets, sports activities and events  Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns including in-store promotions, digital marketing, social media, and event management, product launches and sports activity promotions  Adapt regional content strategies by applying insights from local markets to maximize reach and impact  Continuously monitor and analyze market dynamics, competition, consumer behavior changes and sales performance to identify growth opportunities and adjust strategic execution accordingly  Oversee marketing budgets and allocate resources efficiently to maximize return on investment (ROI) and to capitalize on the impact and profitability  Set clear goals to increase revenue, expand market share and elevate brand awareness while ensuring brand consistency and positioning Execution:  Lead the implementation of marketing plans across each country and collaborate closely with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and success  Manage the retail marketing calendar, coordinate store openings, product launches, digital activations, sponsorship and special events to enhance customer experience  Plan, execute, and continuously optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns including digital, social media, print, and in-store promotions to boost brand visibility and drive sales growth  Collaborate with internal shareholders such as Commercial, Retail and E-Commerce to deliver integrated marketing initiatives and consistent brand experience across all touchpoints  Collaborate with Commercial, Retail, and e-Commerce to drive traffic and conversions across stores and digital platforms  Execute seasonal marketing business plans based on the annual marketing strategy and the country business plan in order to increase traffic, average basket, and conversion rates by understanding consumer behavior, requirements, and market share  Oversee and approve all marketing material, from website banners and digital content to printed brochures and in-store visuals, ensuring brand consistency and quality  Develop valuable and engaging content for our website to attract and converts our target groups  Perform additional duties that are aligned with the overall job scope and business goals Reporting & forecasting:  Continuously monitor analyze campaign performance, sales data, traffic, conversion rates and customer engagement metrics to optimize marketing strategies and improve outcomes  Oversee marketing budgets, assess return on investment (ROI) for marketing activities, and ensure resources are allocated efficiently to maximize impact  Analyze sales data, market research, and tools to identify market trends and customer preferences  Provide regular data-driven updates and actionable insights to senior management to support decision-making  Maintain documentation of marketing initiatives, timelines, and key deliverables to ensure accountability and support continuous improvement
