As a Fulfillment Coordinator, you will oversee the entire order fulfillment process, ensuring that orders are processed accurately and efficiently from receipt to delivery. You will work closely with various teams, including inventory management, logistics, and customer service, to ensure smooth operations and the timely delivery of products. Oversee daily order fulfillment (picking, packing, shipping) and ensure timely, accurate deliveries. Maintain optimal inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse teams. Track shipments, resolve delivery issues, and liaise with logistics partners. Handle customer inquiries on orders, shipping, and product availability. Ensure accurate record-keeping of inventory and fulfillment activities. Identify and resolve fulfillment issues, optimizing processes for efficiency. Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and safety regulations.

Operations & Process Management Handling the end-to-end fulfillment process, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping. Handling warehouse operations to ensure smooth workflow and minimize delays.
