In this role, you will support the entire employee lifecycle, from performance management, learning & development to recruitment & onboarding. Your work will play a key role in developing and retaining top talent in alignment with Tanmia’s transformation goals and its performance driven culture.
Experience: 3–5 years in a similar role with a direct experience in areas such as talent management, learning & development, succession planning and employees’ engagement.
Education: Bachelor degree in human resources or other related fields.
Skills: Strategic thinking, communication skills, interpersonal and relation building skills, problem solving and adaptability.
Location: living in Bekaa area is a plus
Performance Management: Support the implementation of KPI-driven performance cycles, coordinate appraisal processes, maintain evaluation records, and track follow-up actions.
Learning & Development: Identify training needs, coordinate logistics, track training KPIs, and manage post-training evaluations and records.
Talent Acquisition: Manage job postings, source and screen candidates, conduct initial interviews, and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
Onboarding & Integration: Organize onboarding activities, coordinate welcome communications, and support probation follow-ups and new hire integration.
Talent Analytics & Records: Track key HR metrics (e.g., turnover, mobility), maintain accurate records, and assist in reporting and dashboard creation.
