- 1–3 years of experience in project or account management - Strong understanding of Agile/SCRUM/Kanban methodologies - Ability to manage and lead teams of 5 or more people - Excellent client-facing and communication skills - Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and GSuite - Experience with JIRA or other project tracking tools - Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business-related field preferred - PMP certification (or currently pursuing it) is a plus - Fluency in English and Arabic (spoken and written)

- Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring smooth execution - Coordinate between developers, designers, and clients - Gather and document project requirements, write specs, and define test cases - Prepare proposals, budgets, and timelines - Track project progress and ensure timely delivery - Meet with clients to discuss requirements and updates - Use project management tools (JIRA, ClickUp, or similar) to organize tasks
