Peter is a shareholder at Kallassi Group, a family-owned business involved in FMCG, manufacturing, restaurants, logistics, and real estate. He is the managing partner of Danika Dairy, the group's local manufacturing hub.

Peter is an advocate for food safety and food security, believes in the importance of local food manufacturing, and improving local trade policies. He is a board member of the Syndicate of Lebanese Food industrialists and the Lebanese Dairy Board. He is a graduate from John Molson School of Business, Montreal-Canada.
