Afif Tabsh is the Founding Partner of RPS MENA, a social impact consulting, training and research firm, and of RainMakers a Business Development firm. He is also the President of the Youssef Tabsh Foundation, a family foundation that works on health, social justice and pan-Arab collaboration and Aie Serve, a youth empowerment NGO.

He holds a Masters degree in HR Management from AUB and 7 international certifications in a variety of fields. He has served as an advisor, board member and founder of several other initiatives like Global Shapers Beirut Hub (initiative by World Economic Forum), Beirut Hills Rotary Club, UNESCO Alumni Club, AUB Alumni Turkey Chapter, among others.
